Our modular concept enables the brewhouse mashing system to consistently meet actual production requirements.
1. 2-vessel Brewhouse System Multi-functional vessels allow two or more process workflows to be completed within a single unit. The Aelt 2-vessel brewhouse delivers a simple, cost-effective brewing solution for brewers. It saves floor space and reduces costs without compromising brewing quality and process control.
2. 3-vessel Brewhouse System The Tiantai 3-vessel brewhouse supports multiple optional configurations, helping to improve brewing efficiency, process control, automation level and overall operational flexibility.
3. 4-vessel Brewhouse System The Tiantai 4-vessel brewhouse delivers outstanding quality, efficiency, output and versatility for some of today’s largest premium craft breweries.

Control System
Multiple automation grades are available for brewhouse systems (Advanced Control System, Basic Control System, Custom Control System). For instance, the advanced system adopts PLC + touch-screen operation, while the basic system uses standalone local controls.

Product Advantages
1. Equipment design can be customized according to customers’ brewing processes and beer styles.
2. All wetted parts are manufactured of high-grade food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. All pipelines are SUS304: 3 mm inner shell and 2 mm outer shell.
3. All tanks are fitted with specially-designed jackets to guarantee high heating and cooling efficiency. Jackets are applied on conical top and tank bottom with sufficient head-space for ventilation.
4. Our tanks feature generous head-space; total volume excludes head-space above the manhole cover.
5. Tanks are 100% argon-arc welded. Jacket seams adopt full water-backed welding for uniform dimpled cooling. Outer shell ensures zero leakage and long service life; all welds are passivated.
6. Full mirror polishing is applied. Six polishing passes achieve Ra 0.4 μm surface finish for 360-degree cleanability with no dead corners.
7. Every jacket undergoes 12-hour air-pressure and hydrostatic pressure test: jacket test pressure 5 bar, inner shell test pressure 4 bar. A further 48-hour hydrostatic test is performed prior to shipment.
8. Strict quality control and in-process inspection regime. All test records are kept in our database. Check-lists and serial numbers are provided with each tank for full traceability before delivery.
9. We build tanks on high-end production lines. Core components including chillers, heat exchangers, steam boilers and Schneider / ABB electrical control systems are internationally-renowned brands, ensuring reliable performance and convenient after-sales service.

Pre-sales Service
-Layout drawing: Please provide your building floor-plan, sketches or dimensional data (length × width × height). We will supply equipment layout drawings tailored to your site conditions.
-Technical drawings: Detailed fabrication drawings for each vessel will be issued based on the confirmed layout.
-3D renderings: 3D visual renderings will be provided for intuitive review.
After-sales Service
We offer one-year warranty for electrical components and one-year warranty for tank bodies. Within the warranty period, non-artificial failures of electrical components will qualify for free repair or replacement. After warranty expiry, spare-part replacement, on-site service and repairs are available at our most favourable rates. Should you encounter any technical difficulties during operation, we will provide full technical support. We can also dispatch engineers to your brewery for on-site installation, commissioning and operator training.
