The basic principle of cross-flow membrane filtration:the liquid to be filtered is circulated at high speed in the filter membrane channels of a certain pore size through a circulation pump.Under the action of pressure, the filtrate is filtered out in a tangential manner;the unfiltered liquid forms turbulence due to high-speed movement,constantly flushing the surface of the membrane rod and taking away a small amount of solid matter attached to the membrane,thus preventing the clogging of the filter membrane.Maintain the normality and continuity of filtering.The unfiltered liquid is continuously circulated,and the solid concentration becomes larger and larger.When the concentration reaches a certain concentration,it is discharged,and finally the purpose of solid-liquid separation is achieved.
